October 12th has gone from being the traditional Columbus Day to become a day of struggle and vindication of the original peoples of Abya Yala (America).
Day for Decolonization, from the trans/black/indigenous resistance, which through writing, dance and performance fight against discrimination and addresses social issues such as anti-colonialism, racism, identity struggle, sexual dissidence, and inequality in indigenous communities.
